TO REGISTER FOR LAXFEST:
- Complete the registration form digitally, or mail it in.
- Include payment at time of registration (this must be included with your form if mailing it in).
- Please complete ONE form for each team that is being registered.
- Have each player and their guardians read the participation waiver, and sign the team waiver, linked below.
